This page says what we collect, why we have it, who else touches it, how long we keep it, and how to make us delete it. It describes what the system actually does. Where something is a commitment we have made but not yet had a client to apply it to, it says so.

Who you are dealing with

Socials Autopilot, an AI marketing service for small businesses. For anything on this page, including a request to delete your data, write to hello@socialsautopilot.com and a person will answer.

What we collect, by how you arrived

If youWe receive
Ask for the guide, or join the waitlistYour email address, which page or link you came from, and the page you were on.
Simply visitYour IP address and browser user agent, as every web server receives, plus analytics described below.
Book a consultWhatever you type into Google’s booking page. That form is Google’s, not ours.
Fill in the onboarding questionnaireYour answers. Your progress is also saved on your own device so you can finish later; that copy never leaves your browser by itself.
Upload clips or photosThe files themselves, so we can make something from them.
Buy a planNothing about your card. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and handles payment; we never see or store card details.

The waitlist, specifically

We record when you signed up, because early access goes out in that order. That is the only reason the timestamp exists.

Analytics and advertising, stated plainly

This site loads Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel. They set their own cookies and tell us how many people arrive, which pages they read, and which ads or links sent them. Two other tags, Pinterest and TikTok, are wired into the same file but are switched off and do not load.

How the choice currently works, honestly. Those two load when the page opens, and the cookie notice appears after. If you opt out in that notice, they stop on that device and we remember the choice in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie and not on our server. If you would rather we asked first, say so and we will take that seriously; we would rather hear it than not.

What we send to Meta directly

When you submit your email on this site, our server also sends Meta a Lead event containing: your email address hashed (scrambled one way, so it is not readable as an address), your IP address, your browser user agent, and the two Meta cookie identifiers if Meta already placed them on your device. This exists so we can tell which advertising actually works. To stop it: opt out in the cookie notice before submitting, or use Meta’s own ad settings on your account, or ask us and we will delete what we hold and stop sending it.

Who else handles it

We do not sell your personal information, and we never ask for or store your social account passwords.

How long we keep things

Having your data deleted

Email hello@socialsautopilot.com and ask. We will answer within 30 days. You do not have to give a reason, and asking does not affect anything else.

One limit we will not pretend away. Posts already published on your own accounts stay there, because they are yours and they are on channels you control. We delete our copies and our records; we cannot unpublish something that lives on your Instagram. You can remove those yourself at any time.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. Use the same address; we would rather handle it directly than make you find a form.

Changes

If we change this page in a way that matters, we will change the date at the top and, if you are a client or on our list, tell you.
