For social media managers and agencies

Keep the clients.
Hand over the production.

You already know how to win the account and keep it. What eats the week is everything after that: the research, the writing, the design, the editing, the scheduling, the replies, the chasing and the monthly report. Socials Autopilot Pro takes all of it off your plate: the production runs today, replies and reporting are in build, all inside each brand's own voice and guardrails, handing you back the two things that genuinely need you.

An interactive preview of the hub, on a sample book. Nothing to install, no signup.

What actually eats the week

The time-consuming parts of the job,
run for you

We are not going to tell you how long your job takes. You know that better than we do. What we will say is which parts of social media management are genuinely time-consuming, what happens to each one, and what is left over. The arithmetic after that is yours. One honest line before the list: nothing here replaces real footage from the business itself. The system exists to make shooting it nearly effortless for your clients, and to do everything after.

Research and weekly direction Per brand, evidence-led, cited. Runs itself
Writing and captions In that brand's voice, inside its pillars. Runs itself
Design and carousels Built to that brand's kit, not a template pack. Runs itself
Video editing Their clips in, cut reels out. You see the cut before it renders. Runs itself
Scheduling and publishing Cadence per platform, on their own accounts. Runs itself
Comments and messages Facebook and Instagram comments and messages, and YouTube comments, drafted for you: you approve, it posts. TikTok allows no third-party replies, for anyone, so that stays in-app and we keep it quick. Anything reputational is never drafted, it comes to a human. In build
Chasing footage, answers and approvals Tracked and written for you. You decide whether to send it. In build
The monthly report Built and sent in your branding, first week, unprompted. In build
Approving the work Judgment. Someone accountable has to look, and that is you. Yours, always
The client relationship The call, the awkward conversation, the next sale. Yours, always

Built for a book of brands, cleared in one pass

Every tool in this category was designed for one business and then stretched to fit many. That is why managing twelve clients means opening twelve workspaces and doing the same thing twelve times. We started from the other end: your whole book on one screen, ranked by what needs a person.

In build 01

One queue, every client

Everything from every client that needs your yes lands in one list, not fifteen. The pieces that could actually cost you sit at the top: anything naming a price, making a claim, or replying to a complaint. Approve, hold or snooze with a single key. When the list is empty, that is your whole delivery obligation for the day, done.

02

Say it once, never repeat it

When something is not right, you say why in your own words. That note becomes a permanent standard for that brand, so the same correction is never needed twice. Your judgment gets written down instead of repeated.

In build 03

One action, many clients

A holiday, a storm, a local festival: the same event hits fifteen businesses at once. Pick the trigger, pick who it applies to, and get fifteen genuinely different versions, each inside its own brand's voice, for a single approval pass.

In build 04

We chase your clients for you

Who owes you footage, who has not opened their approval link, who left the onboarding questions blank. Tracked automatically with the nudge already written. Nobody should have to remember that a client is late.

In build 05

Your rules, applied forever

Write a rule once in plain words and your assistant applies your judgment from then on. Off by default, never on in a client's first month, never for anything promotional or reputational, and one tap reverses a rule and re-queues everything it touched.

In build 06

An assistant that sees the book

Not a chatbot bolted onto one account. Ask why a client is trending down and it answers from that client's own numbers, tells you what it can fix now and what needs you, and is honest about the difference.

Who it sounds like

Two voices, and they never cross

One simple idea. Everything published on a client's accounts sounds like that client. Everything that reaches your clients from you, the footage nudge, the note on the report, sounds like you. A diner and a law firm on your book never sound like each other, and neither ever sounds like your emails.

Their voice, their accounts

Set per brand: how they talk, how funny, how formal, the phrases they never say, the things they talk about.

Your voice, your clients

Learned from your own real emails, used for everything that comes from you, in your name.

Walled off, and tested

One client's voice, footage and numbers can never leak into another client's work. That separation is tested, not promised.

What your clients get

Your name on it. Your standard on it.

Your clients never see us. The work goes out on their accounts, the report arrives in your branding from your address, and every piece passes through you first unless you have written a rule saying otherwise. Their own assistant answers them in their own brand voice and knows nothing about any other client, yours or anyone else's.

They own their accounts

Every client holds their own publishing account in their own name, on their own card. If they ever leave you, it stays with them, and you are never the reason a client feels trapped.

Separated by design

One client's brand, footage, numbers and history are never visible to another client's assistant. That separation is tested rather than promised, and we will show you how it is tested without showing you the engine room.

Honest reporting

Every number a client sees is compared to their own history and nobody else's. No borrowed industry benchmark, no green check earned by a different business. A new client sees the real numbers and the words "no baseline yet".

Roster sizes

Priced to the size of your book

Three sizes, defined by how many client brands you run. Pricing is custom and scales with roster size, so you are not paying for seats you do not use or squeezing a growing book into a plan built for someone else. We give you the number on the call, once we know which one you are.

Bigger than twenty-five brands? Say so on the call. That is a different conversation and we would rather have it honestly than sell you a shape that does not fit.

Before you ask

The things most tools let you find out later

Honesty is the brand, so here are the limits up front rather than in month three.

The hub you can preview is in build. The engine behind it is live.

The per-brand production layer runs real accounts today: research, writing, design, reels cut from a client's own clips, scheduling on their own accounts, approval before anything posts, and a walled-off assistant per brand. The manager layer shown in the preview (one queue across a book, actions across many clients, chase drafts, auto-approve rules, team seats, the book-wide assistant, the per-brand settings screens) is being built now and is shaped with our first partner rosters. On the call we put in writing exactly which is which, so you are never sold a screenshot.

A brand new account cannot post at full pace on day one.

Fresh accounts need a warm-up period before they run at full cadence. That is the platforms' rule, not ours, and it means a client starting from zero has a real start date rather than an instant one. We tell them that at onboarding, not at go-live.

We do not run ads or move your clients' money.

We will tell you which post is worth putting money behind and why, using that account's own history, and hand it to you ready. You spend it. Running the ads is a service you can sell.

We will not promise followers, leads or virality.

Nobody can, and anyone who does is guessing with your reputation. We promise the work gets done, at your standard, on time, and reported honestly.

Approving is still your job.

You can write rules that let routine work publish without you, and most managers do. We will not let those rules cover anything promotional or reputational, because that is the one place an automated yes can cost you a client.

See a morning in the hub before you talk to anyone

The preview is the full interface design, running on a sample book of nine brands. Clear the queue, hold something with a note, add a client. It takes about two minutes and it will tell you more than a sales call.
